Shipping:

All items are shipped by United States Postal Service via Priority Mail which includes shipping, handling and delivery confirmation. Insurance may be requested for an additional fee. We charge a flat fee of $5.00. We ship to the United States only. Shipping outside the United States will be considered on a sale-by-sale basis.

We do our best to ship within three weeks of order placement.

Return Policy:

Our wine charms are designed by you, for you. We cannot accept any cancellations, returns or exchanges. We require payment-in-full upon order. All sales are final. Please email us if you have any design questions—before you place the order.
